192business approached us for creative direction on a new Direct Mail campaign. The proposition was to visually show how online retailers would benefit from batch processing their orders, saving valuable time and effort.
We started off by coming up with a few rudimentary creative concepts, including: 1. A busy situation with consumers being aided in someway i.e. on an escalator, a zebra crossing or using a lift. 2. An employee or a shopper being hidden by a large stack of orders or boxes. 3. Coffee being stirred and the ripples making a process symbol. Non of these really struck into the core meaning of the service but would have worked visually as an image to carry the campaign.
The comparison creative route became of interest to us when we discovered how this would enable us to graphically show the benefits of using Batch ID processing. This idea developed into having 2 desks, one messy with a stressed worker running out of time, and one tidy with a relaxed worked.
Computer usage, black & white imagery and the hidden identities help to incorporate 192business brand guidelines and their general theme for fraud validation campaigns.
This artwork will initially be used for a Direct Mail postcard and then across a mix of media, including their website and web banners.
We can now put our own feet up!
