GSPCA

The Indulge Media web design and development team in Guernsey are all animal lovers, and because of this love for animals were thrilled at the opportunity to re-design and re-build the website for one of the charities closest to the hearts of Guernsey's residents, the GSPCA. This project was part of the free charity work that Indulge Media take part in in the local community and has become one of our most satisfying web design and development projects to date.

Work on the new GSPCA website started with a visit to the GSPCA's animal shelter where the guys at Indulge Media enjoyed a morning meeting the staff and animals of the GSPCA and getting some valuable research on what kind of website would work best for this busy charity.

With the research done, the Indulge Guernsey web design team set to work designing a site that was great looking, accessible, easy to use and appealed to as wide an audience as possible. Crucial to the new website design was the functionality for visitors to get information on the animals that need re-homing as well as easy to find information on how to donate to the charity.

Development of this website involved building the website on the Drupal content management platform, this meant that the staff at the GSPCA would be able to log into the website and upload information on new animals in the center as well as keep the site in general up to date with all of the latest news. Another key element to this website is the images which give an insight into the work of the GSPCA on a weekly basis which was not possible before now.

This has been one of our most enjoyable projects to work on and we feel lucky to be able to associate ourselves with such a fantastic charity. Check out the new GSPCA website and meet all of the lovely animals there!
