CTO & Account Director

Patrick Graduated from Imperial College in 2003 with an MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and has over a decade and a half of experience in digital across a wide range of disciplines, from coding through to SEO. Patrick is always on the forefront of new developments in the world of coding and enjoys putting his findings to use to achieve the best possible results for clients. 

Patrick is an avid cyclist, and when not in the studio can usually be found either training or racing on one of his many bicycles. He also enjoys DJing, snowboarding, running & cooking.

Managing Director & Designer

Russ is lead web designer and project manager at Indulge. As well as shaping our entire approach to web design, he is also responsible for the company's quality management.

Graduating with a BA in Graphic Design in 2003, Russ is passionate about designing intuitive user experiences and exploring new ways to improve usability through research, testing and analysis.

When not in the studio, Russ can be found playing football or spending time with family and friends.

Managing Director (UK)
Paul is a digital marketing expert, specialising in SEO. He has previously worked as both an in-house website manager for an e-commerce company and led experienced teams at digital agencies in the UK.
 
Paul is the Managing Director (UK) for Indulge and runs the UK operation from its base in Oxford city centre. Paul graduated in Journalism at the University of Winchester and now acts as a visiting lecturer on the BA and MA journalism courses there.
 
When he’s not working, Paul can be found running and cycling his way around Oxford, playing guitar or eating cake in one of Blenheim Palace’s many cafes!

Linsey Burnard

Digital Marketing Executive

Linsey graduated in 2010 from De Montfort University with a Masters in Marketing Management and a keen interest in all things digital. In June 2014, she furthered her education by gaining a diploma in online marketing, passing with flying colours.

Linsey has a wealth of experience in the marketing industry and a passion to continuously develop her skills in line with the evolving world of digital, in particular SEO. Linsey is Google Adwords qualified and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (M CIPR), she is also a Member of the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (M IDM). 

When not in the studio, Linsey can be found on the farm, playing pool, listening to rock music and singing. She also enjoys cooking hearty dishes and baking for family and friends.

Luke Oliver
Luke Oliver
Head of Development

Luke has a keen interest in web development, and enjoys making dynamic websites that fit the needs of the end user. This passion lead him to create and run the Guernsey Bar Billiards Association website which is the only Content Manageable bar billiards website in the world. Luke also manages Code Club at Amherst Primary School, which is now in it's 3rd year. Code Club focuses on teaching kids about coding and programming, inspiring them to create their own computer games, animations and websites using Scratch, HTML, CSS and Python. 

In his spare time he's been working on developing Drupal Base, providing a faster solution to Drupal builds by incorporating popular features and functionalities. When he's not working on Drupal base, Luke enjoys playing Bar Billiards, and has even played for Guernsey on a few occasions! Luke also enjoys gaming.

Senior Web Developer

Andrew is a 'Devigner' (Developer/Designer), one of those jack-of-all-trades guys that can do both design and development.

With a 1st class honours degree in Computer Games Design Andrew can create almost any 2d or 3d content you can imagine. Before coming to indulge he was Senior Designer at NRG International, in charge of design, video, and print for NRG International and their many international events (Rio de Janeiro, Vietnam, Malta, etc).

In his spare time Andrew continues to put his talents to good use by currently designing and developing his own computer game. When he's not in the studio or working on other ventures, he enjoys Art, Games & DIY.

Dan Ford
Dan Ford
Web Developer

Dan joined Indulge in March 2015 as a website developer. Previously working as a Turnaround Co-ordinator and Operations Supervisor for Menzies Aviation, he has built a number of key skills including great attention to detail, an important element in coding. Key strengths include customer support and relationship management.

Dan has always had a keen interest in digital and technology and enjoys the creativity that comes with working in the digital industry. 

Since joining Indulge, Dan has been heavily involved in Code Club, assisting Luke at Amherst School.

Alastair Howard
Alastair Howard
Web Developer

Alastair graduated with a First Class degree in Mathematics from University of Southampton in 2009.  He has since worked across the entire spectrum of digital, having first had a career as a Management Consultant in London advising some of the world's biggest companies on digital strategy, before returning to his true love of hands on coding, programming and development.

Always making sure things are done the right way, Alastair spends a lot of is spare time keeping up with new developments in the industry.  In 2015 he remotely studied and passed Harvard University's famous CS50 Introduction to Computer Science degree module.

Alastair splits his time between Guernsey, where his wife is from, and Béziers in the South of France where they now call home.  He can usually be found doing DIY, exploring the mountains and coastline, and improving his French!

Here at Indulge we do our best to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. We operate a number of initiatives including:

  • Recycling everything that we possibly can
  • Encouraging our staff to cycle to work
