When for the fifth year running, Specsavers asked us to put together a socially integrated site to support the 2017 Spectacle Wearer of The Year, we jumped at the opportunity.

As well as being 100% mobile compatible the website was designed to work seamlessly with a number of social media platforms, allowing users to select a photo from their Facebook or Instagram account, then share their entry across Twitter or Facebook. Year on year the competition has become increasingly popular, attracting thousands upon thousands of entries.

In 2017 we carried out a full usability review, overhauling the website and the entry process, making it easier than ever for users to enter the competition.
